BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("UBL")
 
This is to inform you that 225th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the UBL will be held on Wednesday, 19 February 2020 at Islamabad at 09:00 a.m, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Annual Accounts of UBL for the year ended 31 December 2019 for declaration of any entitlement.
The Bank has declared the "Closed period" from 10 February 2020 to 19 February 2020 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.1 (d) of PSX Regulation. Accordingly, no Directors, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
