BOARD MEETING other than financial results

 

This is to inform you that 253(rd) Meeting of the Board of Directors of United
Bank Limited (UBL) will be held on Sunday 22 December 2024 at Karachi at 10:00
a.m., inter-alia, to consider and approve the Budget of UBL for the year 2025.

 

The Bank has declared the "Closed period" from 13 December 2024 to 20 December
2024 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulation.
Accordingly, no Directors, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal
in the shares of UBL in any manner during the Closed Period.

 

You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
