BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK ("UBL")
 
This is to inform you that 233rd Meeting of the Board of Directors of the UBL will be held on Friday, 06 August 2021 through video conference at 03:00 p.m. (Pakistan Standard Time) inter-alia, to consider and approve the Condensed Interim Financial Statements of UBL for the Half Yearly Accounts of UBL for the period ended 30 June 2021 for declaration of any entitlement. 
The Bank has declared the "Closed period" from 28 July 2021 to 06 August 2021 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Directors, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the Shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
