BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("UBL")

 

This is to inform you that 237(th) Meeting of the Board of Directors of the
UBL will be held on Wednesday 20 April 2022 at Islamabad at 10:00 a.m.,
inter-alia, to consider and approve the Condensed Interim Financial Statement
of the Bank for the Quarter ended 31 March 2022 for declaration of any
entitlement.

 

The Bank has declared the "Closed period" from 11 April 2022 to 20 April 2022
(both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulation.
Accordingly, no Directors, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal
in the Shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.

You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
