BOARD MEETING OTHER THAN FINANCIAL RESULTS

OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("The Bank")

 

This is to inform you that 260(th) Meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Bank will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2026 in Islamabad at 11:00 a.m. to
consider the agenda other than Financial Results. If there will be any
material information, the same will be disseminated as per the requirement of
PSX Regulations.

The Bank has declared the "Closed period" from 19 March 2026 to 26 March 2026
(both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulation.
Accordingly, no Directors, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal
in the shares of the Bank in any manner during the Closed Period.

You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
