BOARD MEETING OTHER THAN FINANCIAL RESULTS 
OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("The Bank")
 
This is to inform you that 230th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on Tuesday, 15 December, 2020 at 03:00 p.m (Pakistan Standard Time) inter-alia, to consider and approve Budget of the Bank for the year 2021 and any other agenda.  If there will be any material information, the same will be disseminated as per the requirement of PSX Regulations. 
The Bank has declared the "Closed period" from 08 December 2020 to 15 December 2020 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Directors, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
