BOARD MEETING OTHER THAN FINANCIAL RESULTS

OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("The Bank")

 

This is to inform you that 235(th) Meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Bank will be held on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 in Karachi at 10:00 a.m, to
consider and approve Budget of the Bank for the year 2022 and any other
agenda.  If there will be any material information, the same will be
disseminated as per the requirement of PSX Regulations.

The Bank has declared the "Closed period" from 13 December 2021 to 21 December
2021 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.1 (d) of PSX
Regulation. Accordingly, no Directors, CEO or Executive shall, directly /
indirectly, deal in the shares of the Bank in any manner during the Closed
Period.

You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
