Sherwani has resigned from the directorship of United Bank Limited (UBL) to pave the way for the induction of a female director.  The Board of Directors of United Bank Limited, in its meeting, held on 05 August, 2020 has accepted the resignation of Mr. Khalid A. Sherwani.  
The Board, while accepting the resignation, appreciated Mr. Khalid Sherwani for his valuable professional support during his association with United Bank Limited.  
The casual vacancy created will be filled in due course of time.
