** Shares of Barbeque-Nation Hospitality  BARQ.NS  rise as much as 3.1% to
791.70 Indian rupees, highest level since Feb. 10
    ** Stock rises for third straight session 
    ** Co says it will acquire a majority stake of 53.3% along with Red Apple
Kitchen Consultancy in Blue Planet Foods Private Ltd - which operates a
restaurant under brand name 'Salt'  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nNRAq2ewcs 
    ** Adds post stake buy, Blue Planet will become a unit of BARQ 
    ** Stock down ~19.9% YTD
