United Utilities Group PLC (the Company) announces the following transaction
by PDMRs, which took place in connection with the non-pre-emptive placing of
new ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company (the Placing) at
a price of £13.12 per share announced on 30 April 2026. The directors (as set
out below) subscribed for new ordinary shares in connection with the Placing
and pursuant to a director subscription.
