Unity jumps; Piper Sandler upgrades to "overweight"

** Shares of videogame software maker Unity Software U.N  rise 4.12% to $2.02 in premarket trading

** Piper Sandler upgrades U to "overweight" from "neutral", citing accelerating growth in its Vector ads business

** Brokerage also raised PT to $59 from $43, which is a 20.4% upside to stock's last close

** Under CEO Matt Bromberg, U has rolled out product upgrades including "Unity Vector Ads"—its primary mobile ad network—which grew ~15% q/q in 2Q25 and 17% q/q in 3Q25, brokerage says

** 16 of 29 brokerages rate the stock "strong buy" or "buy", 12 "hold" and 1 "sell'; median PT is $46 — data compiled by LSEG

** As of last close, U up 118% YTD
