effective immediately
** CEO Matt Bromberg says the company cannot pursue its
mission in conflict with its customers; price increases need not
come in a "novel and controversial" new form
** Unity had planned to charge developers each time their
game was installed after certain milestones, like revenue, were
crossed
** Company had earlier rolled back key parts of the policy
last year, after its key users, small and independent
developers, decided to boycott its platform
** Up to last close, stock down ~58% YTD
