Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been informed that on 23 March 2016, David Subotic, Non-executive Chairman of URU, exchanged 4,520,000 shares of his holding in the Company for 2,742,000 shares in NWT Uranium Corp. As a result of this transfer, Mr Subotic is beneficially interested in 5,830,000 shares in URU representing 1.8 per cent. of the issued share capital.
