The Company was informed on 02 October 2018 that MinEx Projects (Pty) Ltd, ("Minex") had sold its entire beneficial interest in ordinary shares of the Company. As a consequence, Minex no longer has a notifiable interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company pursuant to AIM rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
