("URU" or "the Company")

Result of shareholder analysis

URU announces that, following the completion of an independent third-party
shareholder register analysis of depositary interest holdings, the Company is
aware of the following significant shareholders as at 31 March 2026, being
those with an interest in 3% or more of the depositary interests representing
the ordinary issued share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
