("URU" or "the Company")

Website and restoration of trading

URU announces that, due to a technical issue with its website, the annual
results for the year ended 31 March 2022 and the interim results for the six
months ended 30 September 2022 are not available on the Company's website at
present.

The above results can be viewed using the links in the announcements made by
the Company this morning. The Company is working to resolve this technical
issue and the results will be made available on the website as soon as
possible.

A further announcement will be made in due course regarding the website and a
restoration of trading in the Company's shares cannot occur until the website
issue is resolved.
