** Shares of Gladiator Resources Ltd  GLA.AX  climb as much
as 6.7% to A$0.016, biggest intraday pct gain since Dec 12
    ** The mineral exploration co says its Tanzanian subsidiary
is assessing joint development of uranium projects in Tanzania
    ** Says most advanced discussion with Mantra Tanzania Ltd,
with whom a memorandum of understanding was signed on Dec. 15
    ** GLA has fallen 11.1% so far this week, set for worst week
since Sept 23
    ** Stock has fallen 55.9% this year, as of last close
