The Nasdaq and the S&P 500 slipped on Wednesday as tech giant Alphabet slumped
after its cloud division missed revenue estimates, while post-earnings gains in
Microsoft and Boeing helped lift the Dow.  .N 
    
    At 11:34 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up 0.21% at
33,210.05. The S&P 500  .SPX  was down 0.77% at 4,214.97 and the Nasdaq
Composite  .IXIC  was down 1.50% at 12,943.229.
