VAALCO ENERGY PUBLISHES ANNUAL REPORT AND

ISSUES PROXY STATEMENT

 

 

HOUSTON - April 27, 2026 - VAALCO Energy, Inc. (NYSE: EGY; LSE: EGY) ("Vaalco"
or the "Company") announces that it has published the Annual Report on Form
10-K for the year ended 31 December 2025 which was filed with the U.S.
Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on March 16, 2026 and that it
has filed and mailed its proxy statement for the Company's 2026 annual meeting
(the "2026 Proxy Statement") to stockholders today.

 

The 2025 Annual Report and the 2026 Proxy Statement can be found on the

The 2025 Annual Report and the 2026 Proxy Statement have been submitted to the
