French and Benelux stocks-Factors to watch on September 16

Sept 16 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on the region's markets or individual stocks.
     
KERING PRTP.PA:
French luxury group Kering appointed Sophie Maddaloni as secretary general with immediate effect. She joined the executive committee.
     
IMPLANET ALIMP.PA:
French medical technology company Implanet reported first-half revenue of €7.1 million ($8.20 million), with an operating loss of €1.87 million and a net loss of €2.14 million.
     
TFF GROUP TFF.PA:
French barrel maker Tonnellerie Francois Freres reported first-quarter revenue of €56.9 million, below expectations due to massive customer destocking and a change of its production capacity. It expects a further fall in turnover.
     
ADP ADP.PA:
French airport operator Aeroports de Paris reported August group traffic rose 0.1% to 37.5 million passengers in all its terminals in Paris, Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America. The traffic at the two airports in Paris though fell 3.2% to 10.1 million passengers as a result of the Middle East conflict and rising fuel prices.
     
EURAZEO EURA.PA:
French investment firm Eurazeo completed the acquisition of Netco Group after receiving all regulatory approvals.
     
WAGA ENERGY WAGA.PA:
French renewable energy company Waga Energy was selected to build, own and operate a renewable natural gas production unit at Eco-Hill Landfill in Atkinson, Illinois, with an initial capacity of 3,000 SCFM and expected commercial operation in 2028.

VALLOUREC VLLP.PA 
Vallourec secured a major contract to supply pipes to a Petrobras-led offshore project in Brazil.
