April 2 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on the region's markets or individual stocks.

ALSTOM ALSO.PA:

French train maker Alstom said on Tuesday it won 2.4 million euros ($1.08 million) of public funding under France 2030 plan, to accelerate the development of a safety platform for intelligent trains. It also announced a 125 million euros order, to supply 10 additional regio2n trains to Auvergne/Rhône-Alpes region.

ARGAN ARGAN.PA:

French company Argan reported, on Tuesday, a rental income at 52.9 million euros in the first quarter and confrimed its 2025 outlook.

COLRUYT COLR.BR:

Belgian retailer Colruyt Group said, on Tuesday, it increases its stake in Smartmat to 100%.

DANONE DANO.PA:

French global food and beverage company Danone successfully issues a 800 million euros bond.

FNAC DARTY FNAC.PA:

French retailer Fnac Darty announced the results of repurchase of outstanding Oceanes due on march 2027 via reverse bookbuilding process. It said the repurchase price was set at 77.25 euros per oceane representing a total consideration of 147.9 million euros.

FRANCE/POLITICS/MARINE LE PEN:

A Paris court said on Tuesday three appeals have been filed so far in the case against the far-right National Rally party that saw leader Marine Le Pen banned from running for office for five years, but did not provide details on who had filed them. The appeals court said in a statement it would issue a ruling on the appeals in the summer of 2026, ahead of the 2027 presidential election.

VALNEVA VLS.PA:

French vaccine company Valneva announced, on Tuesday, its Chikungunya vaccine has been authorized in the EU for adolescents aged 12 and above.
