** Shares of Vanadium Resources VR8.AX fall as much as 10.5% to A$0.034, its biggest intraday pct fall since August 28
** The vanadium producer gets firm commitments to raise around A$1 million ($715,200.00) via oversubscribed share placement
** Placement at an issue price of A$0.032 per share, that represents a discount of 15.8% discount to stock's last close
** Funds from the placement will be used to advance V-IRON plant development pathway, others - Co
** YTD, stock up 90.5% including session moves
