Chinese developers Vanke and Gemdale to issue bonds - market regulator

SHANGHAI, Nov 22 (Reuters) - Chinese developer Vanke
 000002.SZ  intends to issue 28 billion yuan ($3.91 billion)
worth of bonds via shelf offering, China's National Association
of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII) said on
Tuesday. 
    Another developer, Gemdale  600383.SS , has applied to issue
15 billion yuan worth of bonds via shelf offering, NAFMII said
in a statement.
