HK-listed Vanke Overseas jumps most in 9 years on upbeat earnings outlook

** Shares of property investment and management firm
 1036.HK  jump 37.4% to HK$3.49, the biggest daily pct gain
since August 2012
    ** Stock hit highest since March 2020 - its fourth straight
session of gains; biggest pct gainer on Hong Kong bourse
    ** Vanke Overseas expects its H1 net profit to jump no less
than 390% from same period a year ago on the back of an increase
in profit from asset management services, fair value of an
investment property and share of profit from an associate

    ** Vanke, a unit of real estate developer China Vanke Co Ltd

by end-August
    ** China Vanke's Shenzhen shares  000002.SZ  rise 1.8% and
its Hong Kong shares  2202.HK  gain 0.9%   
    ** The Hong Kong Hang Seng sub-index tracking property firms
 .HSNP  gains 0.2%, and the Hang Seng Composite Index tracking
properties and construction stocks  .HSCIPC  rises 0.3%
    ** The Hang Seng China Enterprises Index  .HSCE  eases 0.3%
and the benchmark index  .HSI  slips 0.2%
