The Company announces that it has granted options over the Company's ordinary shares of 20 8/11p to Dave Watts as a person discharging managerial responsibility in the Company. The options were granted under the Vanquis Banking Group Savings Related Share Option Scheme 2022, on 9 October 2025 with a contract start date of 1 December 2025, with an exercise price of £0.94 per ordinary share.  The options granted to Dave Watts will mature 3 years from the grant date.
