** Stock hits its lowest level since August 18

** Belararox stock set for a third consecutive session of losses

** The mineral explorer receives firm commitment to raise A$8.5 million via two tranche placement

** Says issue price of A$0.09, a discount of 14.3% to stock's last close

** Funds will be used for high-impact exploration in the Kalahari Copper Belt, Botswana

** YTD stock down 44.4%, including current session's move
