** Shares of Australia's Belararox Ltd  BRX.AX  rise as much
as 10.8% to A$0.46, set to climb most since Sept. 15 if gains
hold
    ** Mineral explorer says it secured potential purchase of
100% interest in two exploration licence tenements in the
Zambian Copperbelt
    ** Says deal is for purchase of Solwezi East and Chantente
exploration licences from Zambia's Chemopharm Ltd
    ** Stock hits highest level since Oct. 19
    ** Stock up 53.7% YTD, as of last close
