** Mineral explorer says it has signed a non-binding terms
sheet with Fomo Ventures No1 Pty Ltd to acquire the Toro –
Malambo – Tambo (TMT) Project in Argentina
** Says TMT project has a potential for large scale base
metal mineralization and untested targets
** BRX set to mark best day since Dec. 22, if gains hold
