    * Reported on Monday that on July 1st Heidelbergcement AG 
 HEIG.DE  acquired control over Italcementi SpA (previously 
controlled by Italmobiliare SpA  ITMI.MI ) which, in turn, 
indirectly holds 25.98 per cent of the voting rightd in
