rise ~6% to $18.7 in extended trading 
    ** Company poised to enter S&P SmallCap 600 index next week 
 
    ** HIMS to replace Vector Group  VGR.N , effective Oct. 9,
S&P Dow Jones Indices said late Friday  
    ** HIMS has about $3.82 bln market cap, according to data
compiled by LSEG 
    ** Up to last close, stock up 98.4% YTD
