Venus Metals hits 2-week high on exploration deal with IGO's unit

** Shares of Australia's Venus Metals Corp Ltd  VMC.AX  rise
as much as 5.1% to A$0.205, hitting highest since April 14
    ** Stock eyes best day since April 21, if current gains hold
    ** Exploration co says its unit has signed an agreement with
IGO Ltd's  IGO.AX  unit to explore the Henderson Nickel-Lithium
Project
    ** Says IGO's unit can get up to 70% interest in the project
by incurring A$4 mln ($2.7 mln) of expenditure and reimbursing
VMC A$1 mln
    ** VMC has risen 44.4% this year, as of last close
 
 ($1 = 1.4957 Australian dollars)
