Feb 3 (Reuters) - Brasil's Moreira Salles family

statement.
The analysis "remains at a preliminary stage" with a further
assessment expected following Verallia's full-year results on

The Paris-listed stock ended up 11.1% at 29.8 euros on
Friday due to the takeover rumours, brokerage firm Berenberg
said.
