July 5 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on

BNP Paribas  BNPP.PA : 
HSBC is attracting initial interest from peers including BNP
Paribas and UBS Group for the sale of its German
wealth-management unit, Bloomberg News reported on Thursday
citing people familiar with the matter.
        
SOCIETE LDC  LOUP.PA :
LDC on Thursday posted first-quarter consolidated sales of 1.52
billion euros, compared with 1.51 billion euros a year earlier,
and confirmed its full-year targets. 
    
VERALLIA  VRLA.PA :
The group on Thursday completed the acquisition of Vidrala's
glass business in Italy for 230 million euros.    
     
ENGIE  ENGIE.PA : 
Engie and BASF signed 7-year biomethane purchase agreement in
Europe.
