VerifyMe rises on Q4 profit, higher revenue

** Shares of logistics software firm VerifyMe Inc VRME.O
up 3.3% at $1.56
** Co reports Q4 revenue of $9.7 million, compared to
$255,000 last year
** Increase in revenue primarily attributable to the
acquisition of the PeriShip Global business in April 2022, which
accounted for 92% of the revenue for the quarter - co
** Net income came in at $108,000 in Q4, compared to net
loss of $1 million last year
** "The fourth quarter was the strongest quarter for revenue
and gross profit in our history" - interim CEO Scott Greenberg
** VRME shares up ~35% YTD
