** Margaret Gezerlis will step down as CFO and provide
strategic consulting services, effective July 31
** Nancy Meyers will become CFO
** As part of strategic reorganization, Keith Goldstein,
president and COO, will leave co
** On July 13, Adam Stedham was appointed president, in
addition to his position as CEO, effective August 1
** VRME shares down 1.6% YTD
