** Logistics tech co's board on Friday approves shares
repurchase plan of common stock worth up to $500,000
** Repurchases will be funded from cash generated from
operations - VRME
** Last month, VRME reported revenue above expectations and
narrower-than-expected net loss for the September quarter
** VRME stock down ~13% YTD
