Australia's Si6 Metals soars on acquisition of Brazil projects

** Shares of Si6 Metals Ltd  SI6.AX  rise as much as 33.3%
to A$0.006, their biggest intraday pct jump since July 25, 2023
    ** Exploration co receives shareholder approval for the
acquisition of 50% interest in a four projects in Brazil 
    ** Co also agrees on final terms of the formal acquisition
and joint venture agreements
    ** Says exploration program in Brazil planned to commence in
2024
    ** Co's shares hit highest level since Dec. 27 
    ** About 6.8 mln shares change hand compared to 30-day
average trading volume of 2.6 mln shares 
    ** Stock dropped 16.7% in 2023
