Vertex Energy cuts Q3 throughput forecast; shares fall

** Shares of Vertex Energy Inc  VTNR.O  down 1.5% at $6.39
after closing bell
    ** VTNR cuts Q3 refinery throughput volume; cites
significant planned maintenance following recent and temporary
crude supply issues  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nBw6q4CHZa
    ** Q3 throughput volumes are now estimated to be about
68,000 – 69,000 barrels per day (bpd)from previous range of
72,000 - 74,000 bpd
    ** Co also says throughput volumes and operations at the
Mobile, Alabama refinery have not been impacted by Hurricane
Ian, nor does it expect any material future direct impact
associated with the storm
    ** Up to Thursday's close, stock had risen 43.27% YTD
