 VTNR.O  fall 64.48% to 13 cents 
    ** Co filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in a Texas court on
Tuesday
    ** Said it will explore sale as part of restructuring
agreement with its lenders
    ** VTNR is also set to receive $80 mln in
debtor-in-possession financing to fully support day-to-day
operations
    ** Including session's moves, stock is down 96.46% YTD
