Vertex Energy falls after Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing

** Shares of U.S.-based energy company Vertex Energy
 VTNR.O  fall ~56% to 16 cents premarket
    ** Co filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in a Texas court on
Tuesday
    ** Said it will explore sale as part of restructuring
agreement with its lenders
    ** VTNR is also set to receive $80 mln in
debtor-in-possession financing to fully support day-to-day
operations
    ** As of last close, stock down 89.35% YTD
