Vertex Energy falls on adding $50 mln to existing term loan

** Shares of U.S. refiner Vertex Energy  VTNR.O  fall 7.1%
to $3.15 premarket
    ** Co says it amended its existing term loan agreement
    ** Amended term loan provides for an incremental $50 mln in
borrowings to VTNR, bringing total outstanding balance on the
term loan to $198 mln
    ** Additional financing expected to provide strategic
flexibility around potential transaction opportunities - VTNR
    ** VTNR stock fell ~45.3% in 2023
