    ** Co raises its Q1 capex guidance to $65 mln-$70 mln from
$30 mln-$35 mln 
    ** VTNR says updated guidance reflects management's decision
to bring forward $35 mln planned capital spending for renewable
diesel project to Q1 from Q2
    ** Including session's loss, shares up ~42% YTD
