** The retail property co exchanges contract with Frasers Property to acquire Eastern Creek Quarter in Western Sydney, for A$400 million ($287.64 million)

** Expects to settle on June 30, subject to obtaining the consent of the landlord for the assignment of underlying long term ground leases

** Down 2.5% YTD, including the session's moves
