** The heavy rare-earth miner forms a strategic partnership with Curtin University

** Under partnership, co says it will collaborate with Australian Government-backed, Curtin-led Resources Technology and Critical Minerals Trailblazer initiative to work on Victory's North Stanmore Project in Western Australia

** Around 310,878 shares change hands, 1.1x the 30-day average volume

** Stock has risen 8.8% this year, including session gains
