Appointment of Joint Corporate Broker

Victrex plc is an innovative world leader in high performance polymers, whose
products enable environmental and societal benefit in multiple end-markets.

The Company is pleased to announce that Investec Bank plc ("Investec") has
been appointed as Joint Corporate Broker with immediate effect. Investec will
work alongside J.P. Morgan Securities plc (which conducts its UK investment
banking business as J.P. Morgan Cazenove), which remains as the Company's
Joint Corporate Broker.
