Victrex plc: Audit Tender
As communicated in Victrex's 2016 Annual Report, the audit for the year ending 30 September 2017 will be the last performed by KPMG, with a new auditor appointed for the following year. In order to allow a smooth transition the new audit firm will be identified by 30 September 2017 to allow them to observe the Financial Year 2017 audit. 
The tender process will formally commence in mid-May when invitations to tender will be issued. Interested parties are requested to register their interest by 17 March 2017 via the following link http://www.victrexplc.com/board-committees.
