Victrex plc: Director Disclosure - Section 430 (2B) Companies Act 2006 Disclosure
Further to the announcement by Victrex plc (the Company)on 20 May, 2014, Anita Frew stood down as a Non-executive Director and Chairman of the Company with effect from the close of business on 30 September, 2014.
In accordance with Section 430 (2B) of the Companies Act 2006, the Company confirms that no remuneration is payable consequent upon or in respect of her retirement. Anita Frew will receive pro-rated Board fees and Nominations Committee fees to the date of her retirement. She will not receive any payment for loss of office or any other payments in relation to the cessation of her term or appointment with the Company.
