Victrex plc is an innovative world leader in high performance polymer
solutions, delivering sustainable products which enable environmental and
societal benefit in multiple end-markets.  The company announces that Jakob
Sigurdsson, Chief Executive Officer of Victrex, purchased 4,000 ordinary
shares in the Company on 6 March 2024 at a price of £12.9364 per ordinary
share.
