Victrex plc (the Company) is an innovative world leader in high performance
polymer solutions, delivering sustainable products which enable environmental
and societal benefit in multiple end-markets.  The Company announces that
Jakob Sigurdsson (Chief Executive Officer), has exercised share options over
ordinary shares in the Company on 11 December 2024 under the Victrex 2019 Long
Term Incentive Plan and the 2017 Deferred Bonus Plan.

The FCA notification in respect of the above made in accordance with the
requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, is appended below.
