Victrex plc today announces that Giles Kerr will stand down from the Board as Non-executive Director of Victrex plc and Chairman of the Audit Committee, effective 30 September 2015 after 9 years' service. 
Andrew Dougal, an existing Non-executive Director of the Board, will become Chairman of the Audit Committee, effective 1 October 2015.
